She worked as a university lecturer in Industrial Technique (Theory of Shareholder Value Creation) at the University of Pavia. She holds training courses on company evaluation, organized by the Italian Association of Chartered Accountants. She is a Court-Appointed Expert Witness at the Court of Milan in the field “Company Evaluation and Extraordinary Transactions”.
